Customers can contact an agent about account information by calling 1-800-368-3749 or by completing an online form on the Entergy website. Agents are available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., as of 2015. Customers provide name, address, email, phone number, account number and question or comment to complete the form. On the Entergy website, customers can look at a map of any outages and see the network of power lines.
