What is Copenhagen mint?

Copenhagen mint is a type of flavored smokeless tobacco produced by the U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Co. The product comes in a small cylindrical container and is available in fine cut, long cut and extra long cut varieties, according to U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Co.

Aside from mint, Copenhagen tobacco also comes in other flavors, such as whiskey blend, southern blend, smooth hickory, wintergreen and natural, as of 2015. Packaging varies depending on the cut. The product is usually packaged in either a 1.2 oz fiberboard can or a plastic can. However, it may also be packaged entirely in plastic or cardboard if it is offered as tax-exempt for use outside the US. The tobacco delivers 4.98 to 7.92 milligrams of nicotine per gram.
