Are COREtec Plus floors laminated?

CORtec Plus floors are categorized as a luxury vinyl tile. Laminate flooring has a resin core, while CORtec Plus floors have an extruded core made of natural materials such as limestone and recycled wood. The core of CORtec Plus floors are made of a proprietary WPC core.

CORtec Plus flooring is waterproof and does not warp when it is wet. Normal temperature changes also do not cause expansion or contraction. Laminate floors may warp when exposed to water.

CORtec Plus flooring may be installed on any level of a home or business and have an attached cork underlayment, further differentiating it from laminate floors.
