The Arabian peninsula is made up of nine countries - Saudi Arabia, Yemen, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Iraq, Jordan and Kuwait. It is located in Southwest Asia, and it's the largest known peninsula in the world.
The Arabian peninsula is located between the Red Sea, Persian Gulf, Gulf of Oman and Arabian Sea. Saudi Arabia, the largest country on the peninsula, also has most of the peninsulas population. As of 2014, the Arabian peninsula is home to 52 million people. The worlds largest oil reserves are located on the peninsula, with the UAE and Saudi Arabia being the two wealthiest countries in the region.
