Where do you find free cross-stitch patterns?

As of 2015, some places to find free cross-stitch patterns include FaveCrafts.com and DMC-USA.com. Neither of these websites require sewers to register or give personal information before using patterns.

FaveCrafts.com provides links to more than 30 cross-stitch patterns. These include patterns for holidays, including Fourth of July and Christmas. Next to the name of each pattern, there is a brief description of the image. The patterns include materials-needed lists and a link to a printable PDF of the pattern.

DMC-USA.com offers some simple cross-stitch patterns, such as alphabet patterns, and more difficult ones, including rocking horses and flowers. Sewers click on a pattern title to see a picture of the project, more details and a link to a PDF to the pattern.
