Is cumin frequently used in recipes for stuffed baked potatoes?

Cumin isn't frequently used in stuffed baked potato recipes, although there are some recipes that call for it. In a list of 50 stuffed potato recipes from the Food Network, only one contains cumin.

To make a sloppy Joe stuffed baked potato, saute 1 onion and 1 bell pepper in olive oil in a skillet. Add 1 pound of ground beef and cook until it is browned. Add 1 cup of tomato sauce, 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of cumin. Cook until the mixture is thick and stuff the mixture into a baked potato.
