Are custom auto body kits easy to install?

Installing custom body kits are relatively extensive, as they must be properly mounted, blended and painted to look completed. Skipping any of the steps will result in the car looking only partially completed.

Each section of the body kit needs to be properly measured and test-fitted. The side-skirts mount on the sides of the vehicle. Some kits are pre-cut to fit with little to no work, while other may need to be measured and cut.

Custom bumpers will need to be cut to allow headlights and fog lights to fit. The edges may also need to be shortened, so the whole assembly fits on the chassis. Each component will then need to be fastened and glued to the vehicle.
