As of March 2015, a cut-off date is not listed for the Michigan Enrolls or Healthy Michigan health registry, according to the Michigan Department of Community Health. Applicants age 19 to 64, who are residents of Michigan, may apply with certain stipulations.
Additional stipulations to qualify for the program include being at or below 133 percent of the federal poverty line, not qualifying for or being enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid, and not pregnant at the time of application, states the Michigan Department of Community Health. The program is meant to encourage healthy behaviors and help low-income families in Michigan access affordable health care.
