How do you cut rebar?

To cut rebar, get a rebar cutting machine. Put the safety bar in proper position. Choose the setting for the desired rebar size and bend with bar, extending 8" beyond bend point. Unlock the safety and set to "Cut". Position rebar in teeth, touching back safety and using the trigger to cut the material.

1. Use a rebar cutting machine

   Obtain a rebar cutting machine.

2. Put the safety bar in position

   Lock the safety bar in proper position.

3. Choose the setting and bend

   Select the setting for the size of rebar. Postion the rebar, extending at least 8" past the area that you desire to bend. Hold the bar in place and use the trigger.

4. Take off safety mode

   Unlock safety mode.

5. Cut the rebar material

   Set to "Cut". Place the rebar in the teeth, touching the back safety blade and cut the rebar, using the trigger to cut the material.
