Former White House Press Secretary Dana Perino is married to Peter McMahon, as of May 2015. Dana and Peter met on an airplane in 1997. She moved to England and married him within one year. He is 18 years her senior.

Peter McMahon is the Chief Executive Officer of Shopko Stores Operating Co., LLC, and accepted that position in September, 2013. He previously held several positions with Loblaw Companies Limited, Canada's largest food retailer, including Chief Operating Officer, Head of Supply Chain and Executive Vice President of Supply Chain, Distribution and IT. He has more than 30 years experience in international retail.
