By Forinfos - 16/02/2026 - 0 comments
Batch cooking is the process of preparing multiple portions of several meals at once and storing them for future consumption. On an individual level, most people that regularly utilize batch cooking prepare enough food for a week or month in one day.
It is more efficient to cook one large meal than several small meals. It reduces waste of leftover ingredients, as well as saving time washing tools and dishes. Most food can safely be kept in the refrigerator for at least a few days without going bad. If a large quantity of a meal is made, it can be kept in the freezer to last even longer.
