How do you delete widgets?

Widgets can be removed from the home screen of an Android device. To make changes to the widgets on a phone or other mobile device, first tap any blank space on the screen. Press Menu, then Add and select the Widgets options.

Allow a minute for the list of widgets installed on the device to load. Tap one of the widgets to make options appear. From this list of options, it's possible to add, remove or change widgets on the device. Use the changes menu to disable some of the features of the widget without removing it from the device completely.
