What is the dialing sequence for a Diebold Safe combination?

Turn the dial clockwise, stopping on the first number on its fifth rotation. Turn counterclockwise to the second number, stopping on its fourth rotation. Continue this pattern for the third and fourth numbers, stopping on the third and second rotations, respectively. Then, slowly turn the dial clockwise until it stops.

When the bolt is fully retracted, the dial is no longer able to turn in a clockwise direction.

Before beginning the dialing sequence for a combination, clear the lock. To clear the lock, turn the dial a minimum of five complete rotations; never spin the dial.

If the safe is equipped with a dual control lock, repeat the same steps for the second lock.
