Bantam cars and trucks typically featured an elongated front forward engine compartment with rounded hood covers, rounded fenders front and rear and a box cabin and cargo compartment. Bantam produced cars and trucks in the United States throughout the 1930s before transition to military jeep production in the early 1940s.
Pictures and descriptions of Bantam cars and trucks can be found at OldCarAndTruckPictures.com, WMSpear.com and ButlerHistory.com. The body style of the company's vehicles changed very little over the course of production, which was interrupted during the 1930s by financial difficulties. Both Bantam cars and trucks featured stalk-style, perfectly round headlights.
