There are a number of differences between badgers and wolverines, but one major difference is that badgers are carnivores and wolverines are omnivores. Additionally, badgers prefer to live in plains and open areas while wolverines tend to frequent forests.
Another difference between badgers and wolverines is their coloring. A badger is a grey-toned animal with black and white stripes across the head while a wolverine is brown in color with patches of tan. Size is another noticeable difference between badgers and wolverines. Adult badgers typically range from 15 to 20 pounds while adult wolverines weigh between 20 and 40 pounds when fully grown.
