The different ways to vote in Harris County, Texas include going to the polls on Election Day, early voting by personal appearance, and voting by mail. If a voter is in the military, it is also possible to complete a Federal Post Card Application, or FPCA, online.
Voting by mail is only available to those who are disabled or 65 years and older. It is also important to note that as of the 2015 election, a photo ID is required to vote. Examples of IDs include a valid driver's license, an Election Identification Certificate, or EIC, a concealed handgun license, a US passport, a personal ID card and a US military ID card.
