What does a diffuser do?
By Forinfos - 03/05/2026 - 0 comments
A hair diffuser is an attachment for a hair dryer that disperses heat evenly over a larger surface area. This type of attachment is usually best for people who have curly or wavy hair that becomes frizzy with a normal blow dryer.
There are different designs of diffusers, each with a specific purpose. The finger attachment adds body while enhancing natural waves and curls. A paddle attachment can be used on straighter hair to add body while reducing flyaway hair.
With a diffuser on low speed and low heat, a blow dryer does not damage hair like a traditional hair dryer, increasing shine while reducing the amount of dryness and breakage.
