What is DomaIQ?
By Forinfos - 29/05/2025 - 0 comments
DomaIQ is an adware program that can be considered malware. The program may install itself without the user's permission or knowledge. Once installed, it displays continual pop-up ads that cannot be disabled without removing it.
DomaIQ is known to affect most versions of Windows up to Windows 8. The program may masquerade as an installer of other legitimate software. Once installed, it creates .exe files in the Windows "Temp" directory, often under the name launcher.exe or launcher4.exe. It also creates a .zip file archive containing DomaIQ executables. Some anti-malware tools can remove the software automatically, and it can also be manually removed from the Windows registry.
