How do you double space?

In order to double-space in a program such as Microsoft Word, highlight the desired paragraphs. Right click the highlighted portion, and choose the Paragraph option. Inside the Paragraph menu, select Double Space under the Line spacing from the drop-down menu.

Another way to double-space in Microsoft Word is to have the entire document double-spaced. In order to do this, locate the Normal font within the Styles group. Right-click it, and choose the option Modify. Once in the Modify menu, there are several options to choose from under Format. Hover the mouse over each to locate the one that is labeled Double Space, and select it.
