Who is Dr. David Jeremiah?

Dr. David Jeremiah is the senior pastor of Shadow Mountain Community Church in San Diego and founder of the Turning Point Radio and Television ministries. He was born in 1941 and received a Doctor of Divinity degree in 1981.

While attending college to further his education, Dr. Jeremiah began working at the Blackhawk Baptist Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana in 1969. He was responsible for founding a Christian school that catered to children of all ages and he stayed with the church for 12 years where the congregation grew exponentially.

Since leaving the Blackhawk Baptist Church, Jeremiah commits himself to teaching the word of God using his broadcast ministry.
