What is an easy way to peel little peaches?

Peel little peaches by blanching them in boiling water, and then quickly transfer them to cold water. This loosens the skin and makes it easy to slip off.

Use peaches that are firm but not too hard. Add water to a pot, and heat it to a rolling boil. Fill another container with ice and water. Use a spoon to lower the small peach into the boiling water for 30 seconds.

Take the little peach out of the boiling water, and submerse it in the ice water. Leave it there for at least 10 seconds. Remove the peach from the ice water, and then pinch the skin as you pull it off.
