Where do the Brownie patches go on the sash?

Brownie patches are placed at the bottom of a Brownie's sash. They are also placed on the right side at the bottom of a Brownie's vest, on the same side as her troop number.

If there is no more room on the front of the sash or vest for Brownie patches or Journey Awards, they can be placed on the back of the sash. Participation patches or pins are worn on the back of the sash or vest only. Brownies can earn badges and patches by completing activities that include cooking snacks, meeting customers while selling cookies and hiking in the outdoors.
