What is Epi leather?

Epi leather is tanned with plant extracts and then dyed. The dyeing process means the leather comes in many vivid colors and is very shiny. The curing process makes the bags water resistant so they are ideal for everyday use. Avoid snagging the bag as they are sturdy, but still can be easily ripped. Also, the bags should be protected from the sun and excess amounts of heat in order to prevent any unusual discoloration. A damp cloth is all that is needed to keep the bag clean.
