The eScape Java Client is safe to use on a personal computer. The software does not need to be downloaded or have any special toolbars installed. Instead, it runs from Internet Explorer.

The eScape Java Client runs using a special JavaScript in order to perform its function, such as hosting the Alliance of Heroes online game. The only function that specifically affects the user is allowing it to write JavaScript onto a hard drive. This allows the eScape Java Client to save certain settings for a character online. However, this is optional and unnecessary for someone to run the eScape Java Client.
