What is an etheric projection?

Etheric projection is the separation of one's energy from one's physical body to a separate location using consciousness of thought. Aether means air. Astral means heavens. Unlike astral projection which is at a lower energy level, but can transcend time and space, etheric projection projects someone into the physical realm.

Sometimes associated with a near-death experience, etheric projection symptoms include, but are not limited to: sleep paralysis in which one feels like they're falling, the sensation of flying, vibrating or shaking without having a medical condition, or feeling awake and not being able to move or feeling heavy when walking.
