What is a eunuch's body structure?

A eunuch is a man who has been castrated, which means his sexual organs have been removed. A eunuch’s body structure is slightly different from a man's in that the only things that he does not have are testicles and a penis.

In certain societies, eunuchs held powerful positions, while in other cultures, they were merely servants performing basic tasks such as bathing and dressing their masters. Eunuchs were also employed as sexual mates by their masters. A good example is Sporus, a young boy who became a bed-keeper for the Emperor Nero of Greece. The name eunuch is derived from the Greek word eunoukhos, which is translated to bed-keeper.
