Extended stay rates are often significantly less expensive by the month than by the week. For example, as of April 2015, Extended Stay America offers discounts of up to 31 percent off the nightly rate on one month stays or more, while it offers lesser discounts on shorter extended stays.
As of April 2015, InTown Suites also offers a discount known as the "Monthly Plu$ Rate" at some locations. This discount applies to stays of one month or more. When booking rooms at this rate, individuals should keep in mind that InTown Suites does not offer refunds if they move out earlier than expected.
