Florida offers freshwater fishing licenses and saltwater fishing licenses. Residents and non-residents of Florida can order one or both licenses. Another option for Florida residents is to order a Gold Sportsman License, which covers both freshwater fishing and saltwater fishing, as well as permits for snook and lobster fishing. Non-residents of Florida can only order temporary fishing licenses.
