Where is the flight school in "GTA San Andreas"?

The pilot or flight school is located at the abandoned Verdant Meadows airfield in the desert in the world of "GTA: San Andreas." It is unlocked after completing the mission "Verdant Meadows" for Mike Toreno and has more missions that players must accomplish to proceed with the game's story.

The marker where players begin the flight training missions is inside an office building at the airfield. Ten missions must be finished with at least 70 percent or bronze rating to unlock the rest of the airfield missions. However, a better rating (silver or gold) in all of the objectives unlocks better planes and improves the player's flight skill.
