What is the flying car cheat in "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories"?

No code exists that specifically allows cars to fly in "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories," but the perfect traction cheat gives a similar effect to flight. The code for perfect traction is: Down, Left, Up, L1, R1, Triangle, Circle, X.

Perfect traction gives the player the ability to lift a car off the ground and soar to heights otherwise unreachable. This code works in both the PSP and PlayStation 2 releases of the game. To enter the code, stand outside anywhere in the game world, and press the indicated keys without pausing the game. Achieving great heights in a vehicle requires some practice, because perfect traction changes the driving mechanics.
