Where can one find a recipes for Popeyes chicken?

The proprietary recipes used by Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen are not available to the general public. Food.com offers a copycat recipe for spicy fried chicken that is very similar to Popeye's chicken, but is not exactly the same.

Food.com's Popeyes-style chicken is dipped in beaten egg, dredged in flour and seasoned with cayenne, paprika, salt and white pepper. The chicken is fried and served with the skin on. The Popeyes menu includes red beans and rice, jambalaya, fried shrimp and other southern-style side dishes.
