On the U.S. edition of the Monopoly board, the four stations are called B. & O. Railroad, Pennsylvania Railroad, Reading Railroad and the Short Line. In the U.K. edition, the four stations on the Monopoly board are Fenchurch St Station, Liverpool Street Station, Marylebone Station and King's Cross Station.
In different official editions of the Monopoly board, the stations' names reference local geography. For example, the Australia official edition names the railroad stations after Perth Station, Adelaide Station, Flinders Street Station and Sydney Station. For the Malaysian version of the game, the stations are called Buherworth Station, Ipoh Station, Johor Bahru Station and Kuala Lumpur Station.
