In "Nail Studio: Polka Dot Design," players must buff, file and polish the nails before designing, while "Eastern Nail Art" lets players start designing immediately.

If players wish to start designing in "Nail Studio: Polka Dot Design," they can click "skip" to gain access to the nail polish. In addition to designs, players can also add jewelry to the wrist, hand fingers and top of the nail.
