Where is the fuse box in a Jeep Grand Cherokee?

The fuse box in a Jeep Grand Cherokee is found to the left of the engine between the suspension shock tower and the coolant overflow bottle. Fuse box access is necessary to change or check for a blown electrical fuse.

There is only one large electrical fuse box in the engine bay of the WK2 fourth generation Jeep Grand Cherokee that is equipped with the Pentastar 3.6L V6 engine. In order to open the fuse box, the two seal release tabs on the front edge of the box are pressed. A diagram of the relay and fuse locations is found underneath the cover as well as in the owner's manual.
