In what game does the Vault 101 jumpsuit appear?

The Vault 101 jumpsuit appears in the game "Fallout 3" for PC, X-Box 360 and PlayStation 3. The jumpsuit is worn by all inhabitants of Vault 101 and is the first jumpsuit worn by the player character.

In the game, the purpose of Vault 101 was to study the long-term effects of isolation on a small group of people for several generations. This is also the home of the Lone Wanderer, the name given to the player's character by various nonplayer characters. Eventually, the Lone Wanderer's father departs on a quest to bring purified water to the vault, and the player is given a quest to follow. The main quest line starts after the Lone Wanderer steps outside the vault for the first time.
