Some games to make business meetings fun include creating a story one line at a time and sharing jokes for two minutes. Both games are okay for physical and virtual business meetings.

For the story, the leader of the meeting starts with a single introductory sentence. Each member adds to the story using his own sense of humor and creativity. Each member may only work off the most recent sentence of the story before adding to it.

For the jokes, the meeting members break into smaller teams, and each team chooses or receives a topic. The teams then create jokes based on their topics. Each group gets two minutes to share their tasteful, respectful jokes.
