What are GED worksheets?

GED worksheets are practice tests and exercises to help students prepare for the high school equivalency test. The worksheets focus on math, reading, writing, science and social studies, according to the GED Testing Service.

GED worksheets include questions in a variety of formats, such as multiple choice, fill in the blank, short answer and essay to prepare students for the GED test. Students who have not obtained a high school degree can enroll in GED classes and complete the worksheets and exercises as preparation for the final test. The GED Testing Services notes that it takes approximately seven hours to complete the exam.
