Where is the Bronx–Whitestone Bridge located?

The Bronx-Whitestone Bridge is the westernmost of the two bridges that connect the New York boroughs of the Bronx and Queens; the other is the Throgs Neck Bridge. The Whitestone Bridge, which serves Interstate Highway 678, crosses the East River.

On the Bronx side, the Whitestone Bridge elevates over Ferry Point Park, while the Francis Lewis Park is on the east side of the Queens side of the bridge. Drivers from the Hutchinson River Parkway, the Bruckner Expressway and the Cross Bronx Expressway use the Whitestone Bridge to get to Queens. Drivers from the Cross Island Parkway and the Whitestone Expressway use the bridge to get to the Bronx.
