Which MasterCard reward programs allow you to earn airline miles?

Examples of MasterCards that earn miles are the Frontier Airlines World MasterCard and the Chicago Bears Extra Points MasterCard. MasterCard does not actually issue credit cards; this is done by banks. It is the bank that sets how many airline miles or reward points a customer gets.

MasterCard offers six reward levels: Standard, Gold, Platinum, World, Black and World Elite. Each level gives the customer certain protections, discounts and perks. The lowest reward level is the Standard MasterCard, which gives the customer Global Service and MasterTravel, and is intended for people with limited or bad credit. The highest level MasterCard is World Elite, which gives all the rewards available at the lower levels, plus additional help toward buying very expensive items.
