When do tulips bloom in Holland?
By Forinfos - 09/05/2026 - 0 comments
The blooming period for tulips in Holland begins in mid-March and lasts until the end of May, with a peak bloom period in mid-April. The weather in Holland during the spring is typically cool, and the moist nature of the soil makes it perfect for tulips to grow.
As of 2014, most of the tulip farms in Holland are found in the province of Felvoland. The area where a majority of the tulips are found is called the Kop van Noord-Holland. This region is also known for being the largest area of continuous tulip bulb-growing in the entire country of The Netherlands.
