German Shepherds are wonderful at following commands like "Drop it," when playing fetch or tug of war. Including a command with the game is a fun and easy way for an owner to train their dog in a playful manner. An owner can also hide treats and toys around the house or yard and train their German Shepherd to seek them out. By hiding and then calling for the dog to come, German Shepherd owners can train their pet to come when called.
