What goes well with jambalaya?

Jambalaya is a popular, inexpensive meal popular in the southeast United States, especially Louisiana. While recipes vary greatly from one cook to the next, there are two main types: Creole and Cajun. The Creole variety includes tomatoes and begins with sautéing the vegetables. It is also know as red jambalaya. Cajun jambalaya is usually brown in color, achieved by cooking the meat first and caramelizing it in the pot before the vegetables are added.
