Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk.
Mix the sugar, butter, salt, eggs and flour. Add the milk and yeast mixture and mix with a dough hook mixer. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for an hour, until it has doubled in size.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough until it is roughly 16 inches long, 12 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick.
Before making the filling, set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the brown sugar, cinnamon and margarine for the filling. Spread this over the rolled dough.
Carefully roll the sheet of dough. Cut the cylinder into 1.5-inch slices. Place these on a baking tray and let them rise for 30 minutes.
Bake the rolls for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Combine all the ingredients for the frosting. Spread the icing over them and serve warm.
