To make a chai tea mix, add 1 cup each of nonfat dry milk powder, powdered non-dairy creamer and French-vanilla-flavored powdered non-dairy creamer to a mixing bowl. Stir in 2 1/2 cups of white sugar and 1 1/2 cups of unsweetened instant tea. Mix in 2 teaspoons each of ground ginger and ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon each of ground cloves and ground cardamom. Process the ingredients into a fine powder using a blender or food processor.
