As of September 2015, some good Israel tours for Christians include visiting the Sea of Galilee, Mount of Beatitudes, the Jordan River and, in Jerusalem, the Garden of Gethsemane, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and the Garden Tomb. The Israeli Ministry of Tourism suggests several Christian-interest itineraries at GoIsrael.com.

Because Israel is subject to regional conflicts, Christians intending to visit the Holy Land should consult the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs for information before travelling abroad. As of Feb. 18, 2015, a Travel Warning remains in effect highlighting the risks of touring Israel. However, many U.S. citizens safely visit Israel each year for tourism.
