As of July 2015, good measurement charts for baking are on websites for Domino Sugar and Quaker Oats. Domino's has a page with basic charts that display liquid and dry measurement equivalents. For instance, 1/4 cup equals 4 tablespoons.
Quaker Oats' site offers a few charts. The General Equivalent chart compares cup, gram and ounce measurements for common baking foods, such as flours, sugars and oats. The Dry Ingredients chart displays equivalent measurements of ounces, pounds, milligrams, grams and kilograms. The Small Amounts chart shows the quantity of food to buy in order to achieve a recipe requirement. For example, one medium apple, sliced, equals one cup.
