Find condominiums approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development online at HUD.gov. Enter the phrase Approved Condominiums into the search box at the top right of the home page, and then select the HUD Approved Condominium Projects link from the search results.
Find HUD approved condominiums by entering search information such as ZIP code, city, county, state or date on the Condominiums page. Condominium identification and condominium name are search options as well. Status search options include Approved, Expired, Rejected and Withdrawn. Search type options include Project and Submission. Sort the results by condominium name or identification, city, state, county or ZIP code.
