Does the Grand Lux restaurant menu have vegetarian items?

While the Grand Lux Cafe menu does not specify any of its dishes as specifically vegetarian it does have a featured section of vegetable dishes. Tofu is also available on this menu.

Guests who wish to forgo meat may construct a custom meal comprised of four of thirteen vegetables to be paired with rice. After 5 p.m., a baked potato may be substituted for rice. The tofu option on the menu is a stir fry dish with a szechuan sauce. On the burger menu, there is also an in-house veggie burger made from brown rice, beets and black beans.There are also several meat-free pasta and pizza options.
