What is HDConnect?

HDConnect is The Home Depot's service provider portal. Through the portal, companies can apply to partner with The Home Depot to provide installation services to customers. Existing service providers can use the portal to sign into their online accounts.

The Home Depot service providers manage customer installation orders for products such as cabinets, floors, roofs, windows and water heaters. Companies that wish to become authorized service providers must undergo a qualification process. The businesses need to pay for background checks for the owners and employees as well as submit proof of trade or business licenses and general liability, automobile and workers compensation insurance.
