Quest Diagnostics offers three ways to schedule an appointment: through the mobile appointment app for smartphones, through the online scheduling form or through the automated phone system. Users can schedule lab appointments 24 hours a day, seven days a week, according to Quest Diagnostics.

When scheduling, users must specify a Quest Diagnostics location, the reason for testing, and the preferred date and time, states Quest Diagnostics. After scheduling an appointment, Quest Diagnostics provides a map and driving directions to the location. The company also sends a reminder email the day prior to the appointment. In addition, smartphone app users receive an icon that they can drag onto their Outlook calendars.
